Quality protein during bulk

i am actually 153lbs and eating between 0.7-1gr per lbs of pro. thats mean beetween 120-150 pro. The problem its, eating a lot of carbs, i take a lof of pro from pasta, oatmeal, bread ... how you regulate yourself guys to solve that problem? because like that i just took 80gr of pro from good sources..
