Hi all. New to the forum. So I used to work in an office so meal prep was nice and easy as I could take meals to work and heat them up in a microwave. However, I now work as a civil engineer on the roads/streets and don’t have a microwave etc on my van. I’m looking to cut rather than bulk. Has anyone got any recommendations as to what would be the best meals to take for my lunch that are...
1. Quick and easy to prep
2. Somewhat tasty and not too bland
2. Keep for at least 3-4 days in the fridge.
3. Low calorie, High in protein
Obviously I’ll be eating these cold, and
I’m not at all fussy with what I eat so all recommendations welcome! Haha
Cheers everyone :)
