Hey everyone,
So this year has been very exciting for me. I started my weight loss journey in Nov 2018 and so far I have gone from 198lb to 162lb. I have learned so much during this journey, but at the same time, I feel like I know nothing so I would love to get your feedback.
I'm a 32-year-old male, 5'6 tall, and I'm currently at 162lb, but I'm not sure if I should continue cutting to 145lb or if I should stop cutting and start bulking. I exercise four to five times a week. I'm currently lifting and doing cardio every now and then. My current macros are about 1500 calories, 131g carbs, 150g protein, and 42g fat. I'm using My fitness pal right now, but for the longest time I didn't use any kind of calorie counter, but I recently started using this app, and I'm not 100% sure if these are good macros.
I'm attaching my before and after picture.
Let me know what you think. I would appreciate any feedback you can give me.
Thank you,
