Training days: Calories 2,692 Carbs 345.8g
Fiber 39.7g Fat 48g Protein 202g
A month and 5 days in, in the beginning my weight was slowly rising but since I have set my macros higher (to what they are now) (macros have been this way about 2 weeks maybe) my weight gain has been a bit faster and noticeable. Below I have an adjustment for my macros because I think I'm eating too much.

Training days: Calories 2,492 Carbs 303.8g Fiber 33.7g Fat 47g Protein 196 g
I eat the same things every day, weighed to the gram for certain foods, I like the structure of it. Just think I'm gaining too fast, noticable strength gains and mass (to my eyes) should my fat be higher? Let me know if it looks okay and any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks bros
