New guy here needs help with calories 😪

Straight to the point.
How do you figure out how many calories you need to eat to loose weight.

Online research says the average male eats 2500 calories to maintain and 2000 to loose 1lb a week.

Everyone is different. What is the correct formula to work this out for a individual?

I am 86kgs and 32% body fat. It's pretty obvious my diet is crap. But I do work out at the gym mostly running on the treadmill about 3 kilometers then I lift weights as heavy as I can. I'm seeing no change. I want to try getting on a calorie deficit and maybe Intermittent fasting.
