Hello Everyone, I am a sophomore in high school and I am trying to lose body fat and weight because I do not like how I look or how I perform in sports and the weight room. I play multiple sports and lift weights but I am having trouble losing weight because I think the way I eat is out of control. So if someone can help me figure out some macro goals and a nudge into a possible diet I could follow. I currently weigh 270lb at a height of 5ft 10in.
