During a cut does it make a difference for (muscle retention/metabolism/energy level/ect) to either lower your calories with no cardio or up your calories and do cardio.
I’m debating if I should lower my calories to 2200 (from 2300) or if I should just do 2 20 minutes sprints a week and stay at 2300.
