Hi,I don't really know why,but lately and I mean for about 2 months my stomach is Bloated and I don't even think it's bloating,because Everywhere I read it's always the same thing,it's messes with the stomach and lasts for at most few days,but that's not my condition at all.
I am not fat,but I started exercising regularly to see if it would change anything,I'll see what happens,but what I wanted to ask is can water cause something like this?
Because I consume about 4 liters of water every day and I drink 0.5 liters of water with every meal,can regular water consumption with food cause this?
