Is possible, that I am eating calories in a bulk too low, that I am not gaining muscle but gaining fat and not gaining strenght? I am 16 and working out for a while(few months, but I dieted for a while), but now I am eating about 2700, which is surplus for me, I am gaining about 1 lb a week, sometimes more and I have push pull split twice a week (for example monday push, tuesday pull, etc. And then I am having push again on thursday , friday pull and of course legs) but each training I feel weaker. I feel like on last training I could lift it easier and training before that aswell. As I said I am having always 2 days between each session minimum but still.
I don't think that I am overtrained because I am in bulk just a few weeks. What should I do? Is it possible that I am eating calories too low that I am gaining fat and not too much muscles or am I just not gaining strenght?
Btw: in mirror I look a bit bloated so I am definitely gaining some fat around my stomach but I dont know if I should add calories :/
