19, 5ft7 (literally only just found out today I'm a inch taller than I thought I was lmao), been lean bulking for 4 months, eating 2250-2500 calories a day which included 120g-160g of protein a day but also included about 400 calories worth of chocolate a day (I know that's awful nutrition but it's less than 20% of my overall calories which I thought meant it's alright) and went from 64kg to 68kg. Bench went from 40kg for 12 reps to 70kg for 5 reps, shoulder press went from 20kg for 12 reps to 40kg for 5 reps (can probably do more tho), leg press went from around 100kg for 12 reps to 200kg for 8 reps, on chin ups I only added 5kg + my bodyweight (really struggle with back gains).
People tell me my arms blew up and my chest puffed out which sounds awesome but I look at myself in the mirror and I just think I look the same or I've got fatter if anything lol, just makes me want to start cutting already. Opinions?
