Calories campared to fat/protein/carbs

I get it, its all about calories in and out that matters when it comes to weight gain/loss but what will the difference be if i eat for one month (every day for that month) about 200g carbs 200g fat and 150g of protein and say 4000 calories
And the other month 100g carbs 80g fat and 120protein but still managed to get 4000 caloriers
What would my 19 year old body look like comparing those two months? Train like a powerlifter 5 times a week weigh 80kg
