Hi I am 26 male 148 pounds 5 foot 7 been lifitng for 15 months take a look at my pics, just wondering what should I be doing. I am on a 4 day split beginner programme shoukd I bulj or cut? What bf% do you think I am at?my stats are bp 60kg 6 reps , squat 70kg 8 reps
dumbell press shoulder press 17.5kg each side 8 reps and deadlift 75kg 8 reps only just learning form atm with the deadlift so could easily do more.
