Hi, I’m 15 y/o and I am 5’11”, weighing at 140lbs. Over the summer, I want to work my ass off in the gym. My main goal is obviously to be stronger but also to gain weight. Over the 2 months in the summer, I was wondering if it was possible for me to gain 15-20lbs (Not all muscle of course). I am going to be keeping track of my calories and all that good stuff. I just wanted to know.
