Alright, so I'm 172cm and 72kg with 18% bf and I'm cutting right now. I've used a macro calculator and it tells me that I should eat 134g of protein. Yesterday I ate only 112g of protein, that makes me think that I consumed too little of protein. So today I eat 240g of protein (50%), 44g fat (21%), and 140g carbs(29%). Am I eating too much? and what happen if I eat too much protein? Should I go check to a doctor or reduce my protein intake?
