Hi all I've been restructuring my diet and I have a pretty clean diet but I really like the costco protein bars and want to incorporate 1 bar daily.
The bars have 15 grams of fiber, and I'll be at 35-40g fiber with the protein bar incorporated. Does the protein bar fiber count as a good source of fiber?
