Help Me with My Cutting Diet

Hello Guys i Need help with my diet since this is my first time making one so any help would be much appreciated so lets begin.
My Goal Is to lose weight.

Height: 1.74cm / 5'11 feet
Weight:75 kg / 165 Pounds
Fat Percentage : 21%

Macros:
Protein:157
Fat:49
Carbs:258

I found that I need to eat 2.100 calories in order to lose 0.5 kg a week

Diet I Made

Milk 1% 244g
2 Whole Eggs
Oats 82g



2 toasts with 1 tbsp peanut butter each




Chicken 113g
Rice 158g
Salad



Banana
10 Almonds





Tuna (Can) 95g
Rice 158g
Salad



Greek Yogurt 1 container
10 Almonds


(I currently do not want to use Supplements )
