Eating liver causes bloating.

I've been eating beef and calf liver for the past couple of weeks every other day. Around 50% of the time though I've been getting bloating. No gas, just bloating. I eat about ~150G. They come frozen from the grocery store.

I'm on a 2000 calorie diet.

I can't stop eating this stuff. It's actually good once you learn how to cook it and remove the nasty smell and taste.

My energy levels are through the roof, fatigue and muscle recovery are much lower. My brain operates on a whole different level at 900MPH the entire day. I don't want to stop eating this.


I'm wondering if it's normal to get bloating?
