What food can i toss into the blender?

I’m scrawny as heck. 5’8 140lbs and i hate eating with a passion. Lately ive been making weight gainer smoothie and gained about 5lbs. Will someone recommend differentvtype of food i can liquidise in the blender?
I’ve tried the followings

PB
Evoo
Bananas
Oats
Cottage cheese
Eggs
Protein powder
