Help with calories

Before going to the gym I lost 2st 5
I now want to put on some muscle however I still have a quite high level of body fat I'm 5,9 160lbs and have been going to the gym for 2months how many calories would be a good amount to cut with I lift and do light cardio 4 times a week but looking to increase this aswell
