Snack advices?

Ok, lets say, it is 10PM, you did hit your macros, but you have cravings for something... What is your go to option? Prefferably something that you can have made in advance. Like for example sliced vegetables + some low calorie yogurt dip?
Post the recipes please.
Some snacks that you can carry around thru out the day are welcome too. The sliced carrots are my go to. But it is kinda lame I guess.
