I am the skinny fat type, 19% bodyfat, i just started working out last week but my gym has no proper personal trinaer to give me a proper diet, so i am just trying to cut off the bs foods, will i have gains for a begineer just working out without a diet? i mean i eat random 'normal' food, then i just do a 15 min run everyday for cardio to burn calories
