I need help. I define myself as skinny fat. In the past, I weighed about 95 kilograms and over the years I went down to 75 with different diets, and now I weigh about 80 kilograms and my body fat percentage is around 20 percent.
I am 1.84 in height. I did a few training programs, such as the Warrior shredding program, keto diet, etc. But I did not get any good results.
I want to show more muscular and shapely. What do you recommend me to do?
Cut calories or raise muscle mass?
