"IF" and muscle building

Hello ! I just want to ask one thing ... i tried intermittent fasting (16/8) and i like it. I dont believe in these myths about intermittent fasting like you lose fat, gain muscle etc. etc. but i like that program when my last meal is at night, then i woke up in the morning, i just have coffee and then i go train fasted, i feel really strong when im training fasted in the morning, and then i have like 1-2 hours after my workout my first meal. Problem is that my main goal is to build muscle and i heard when you train fasted + you dont have any protein or something right after your workout, you can even lose some muscle. If its true, then i will continue my training after i woke up, bud i will have protein shake and coffee before i will start lifting.

So question, if i woke up in the morning and i will train fasted with first meal 2 hours after training, will it be that bad for building muscle if i hit my calorie goals in that 8 hours eating window ? Or taking protein before my morning workout and then meal will be significant better ? Thanks
