I have been trying to lose fat forever. I’m not obese or anything, but I can probably do good if I drop ~20lbs ( 5’9 178-180lbs). My goals are just looking good naked. My problems usually come during the weekends as I just overeat due to boredom and it’s almost always late at night. Does anyone have some advice regarding this? Should I just go to maintenance calories for a bit and then focus on losing fat?
Second, I know this is the nutrition section, but I’m a little lost when It comes to lifting programming. I’m not a beginner. Probably fall under intermediate (1k big three total). I’m in need of some kind of long term routine. I’m on the second week of the bigger,leaner, stronger program from mike matthews. It’s very similar to MAX OT. I just feel volume/frequency is low and doesn’t have any sort of periodization.
