Whats everyone's thoughts on fiber intake recommendations? You know, its funny, people always say "make sure you have enough fiber". If your eating protein bars and "low NET carb" bread etc those foods are loaded with fiber and I find too much fiber being the problem causing bloating, gas, and constipation. Anyone else see that? In that having too much is a bigger problem...
