Is this normal weight gain?

So started bulking bout 6 months ago at a weight of 117lbs at 5'11, fast forward 6 months I'm 130lbs, and the last month since I started takin hydration seriously I gained maybe like 5lbs, granted whole summer I didn't drink much water almost 6-7 glasses weekly(I know too low) and know bam the weight goes up like crazy also I eat mostly protein and fats, just 3-4 rice cakes and some fruits with honey.. My diet is 100%clean whole foods I even replaced sugar with fructose, so is this all water weight or I need to slow down on the bulk cause I will gain more fat than muscle??
