So I am a texture person and it makes it hard for me to get down fruits and veggies. What vitamins do you guys suggest for someone that doesn’t get many fruits or veggies down?
I am working on getting better with it but after a couple bites I start to vomit. As of now it’s little bite here and there plus blending then once and a while my main source of food is eggs, chicken, turkey, ground beef, whole bread, oats
