This happened yesterday and today. I'm trying to thaw out the frozen fish in the bag but all the warm water comes out through the pee holes. They are uniform, like a machine put them there. It would make sense to put the pee holes at the top of the bag so that the bag can be used to thaw the fish. I suppose the pee holes are to allow air to come out of the bag when it is compressed.
