Good day,
after deciding to go on a cut I created a 2200kcal meal plan

My stats:
18yo/190cm/~97kg/ 25-30bf%

Breakfast:

A banana

140kcal 30g carbs 2g protein 0g fat

Dinner:

166g Noodles
333g beef
266g pasta sauce

1412kcal 145g carbs 92g protein 50g fat

Dinner:

125g Mozzarella
20g balsamic cream

351kcal 7g carbs 22g protein 26g fat

After workout snack:

200g Handkäse
20g jam

298kcal 12g carbs 60g protein 1g fat

Total

2200kcal 195 carbs 176g protein 77g fat


Feedback would be appreciated

P.S.: Am a student with a job so I don’t have much time to prepare so all meals either have 0 to low preparation time or am cooked in bulk
