How much protein did you eat before you knew anything about nutrition?

As in, before you started training, tracking (if you do/did)... perhaps when you were a teenager, etc..

Honestly, I think I probably ate like 60-80 grams a day or something like that when I was a teenager... and many of my meals had almost none.

A cereal only breakfast or something like pancakes with syrup was very normal.
