It's actually afternoon, but I work 6pm to 6am and sleep until early afternoon, then head straight to the gym after my Mudwtr w/ raw honey that has become my pre-workout/coffee replacement. I saw that SuffolkPunch (hope you don't mind me using your name here) had made a comment not too long ago stating that you are getting energy from the food you ate 8-10 hours before. Normally I would be fasted from about 2:30am, so I'm wondering if it would be of benefit to eat something right before bed. Maybe this sounds like a newb question but I know there are different schools of thought on this and that comment just got me thinking.
