Hello:
When you start your new workout/diet, and you need to use an online macro calculator, Do you have to choose the activity level that you currently have or do you have to choose the activity level that you are going to have?
For example, You currently have a lightly active activity level and you are going to start to going to the gym and train hard and eating well 5 days a week. So, what activity level you have to choose to calculate your calorie intake? The lightly active one or the moderate/very active one?
Best regards from Barcelona, Spain.
