This may be the wrong sub for this, but I recently just split my 2,500 cals over six meals and I am feeling super tired all the time. So tired I can barely even train. If it helps, I eat 2,500 cals on my cutting diet (down 12lbs so far), I'm 5'6 and 200lbs. On average I'm having 281 grams of carbs, 79 grams of fat, and 181 grams of protien. Are my carbs too high? Any advice?
