hey, everyone, this is my first post. I have been trying to lose weight for a few months now im currently 6'7 310lbs I find that I can eat relatively healthy and do cardio but the main thing holding me back is my addiction to soda or cola I drink up to 6 cans a day and I want to stop but I can't find a way and i feel stuck
