IHH keen to go ahead with open offer for Fortis once SC lifts stay

IHH’s proposed takeover of Fortis was challenged by Japanese drug maker Daiichi in a bid to recover arbitration award of Rs 3,600 crore ($500 million) from Fortis founders Malvinder Singh and Shivinder Singh in a fraud claim.
