I feel like i have been taught the wrong way to cut. what i was told is below. i have been going no where. my history. M 28/ 5 11'. Deskjob. 5 days a week working out Viking bare bones (current).
1g protein per lbm
0.3 fats per bodyweight
maintenance = lbm x 16 | therefore = carbs = (main-(fats+proteins))
(+500cal with carbs for bulk)

I want to go on a cut again but i feel like i will goto back to the start. what am i doing wrong? advice.
