Does standing all day at work affect your recovery?

I stand 10+ hours straight at work Mon-Fri and on days that I work out my Lower back and legs feel like **** by the end of the day. Any one know how to avoid this or remedy it in some way? I feel like it's affecting my recovery and my progression in the gym.
