Hey guys.
New here
I checked the TDEE topic and got a question. It says for fatloss I need to do 2000kcals but thats only mentioning I do 3x full body. Now my work can be heavy as I stand for 8h and well I move around in a truck step on and off every couple of seconds to take a unit the clients desire for their orders.
With this in mind aint 2000 kcal to short?
I really wanna lose fat and I tried 2 days 2000kcals but I am really hungry and craving for things that I shouldnt eat. People tell me I should bump my calories up abit like 200 or 300 extra cause of my job and see how the scale reacts
My stats
28yo
91.5kg
Bf 30% aprox
170cm
I really wanna lose fat for my own self cause I dont feel happy at all with my body and I know diet is THE most important thing to achieve this so I created this account and though of starting a topic to get some help in this so I can get to a good start
Thanks in advance anyways guys, i wasnt sure if I should start a topic here or respond somewhere else
