Hello,i am 150 lbs,5'8.5" male.
Currently bulking on 2700 calories,following IIFYM approach on diet,and following Fierce 5 with some modifications.
i have read that i need 0.82 gm/lb protein daily,and 0.4 gm/lb fat daily in my diet.
so do i need this fat be from "good sources" like avacados,egg yolk,etc or any fat is suffice,like pizza,chips,oreos,etc.
i am asking only for body composition perspective here.
