How often do I recalculate calories/macros? (Lean bulk)

Hi,

If I'm lean bulking, say I start at 131lbs and start gaining 2lb a month of muscle. in 4 months I weigh 139lbs.

How do I keep the macros I calculated at 131lbs balanced while my weight increases?

Also how often do I need to recalculate calories and make sure macros fit into them?
