Haven’t lost any weight in 3 days

I’m on a 6-700 calorie deficit and my weight hasn’t changed for the past 3 days

I mostly eat the same foods, but I switch up my breakfast every month

I go to bed quite hungry

Am I supposed to lower my calories even more?

I’m not due a refeed for at least another 2-3 weeks since my body fat is quite high

I’m a 23 year old male, 5”10 and 191 pounds
