I’ve tried the Keto diet and find that I just can’t sustain that. I’m so tired of avocados it’s ridiculous, and that in itself is ridiculous. Who would get tired of avocados!
I had the macro ratio for Keto, but I actually need a macro ratio for a normal fat loss diet.
I’m 5’ 4” and 150ish. I’d like to get to 130-135. Any lower then that and I start looking gaunt, plus personally I prefer a bit more curves then my 20 year old self had.
I try to go to my local gym at least 3 days a week if not more. I walk my dogs & bike ride when I can, so I wouldn’t call myself a total couch potato. I have a desire to get fit, I just need some guidance and I know diet is about 80% of the work.
Any suggestions?
