Male, 19, 5ft7, 71kg. Bulked from 64kg (February 2019) to 71kg (October 2019). Was thinking of cutting soon but wanted to hear others' opinions? Been doing Fierce 5 Novice, my bench went from 40kg to 75kg, OHP went from 20kg to 45kg/50kg (can't actually remember), squats went from 60kg to 100kg. Three sets and five reps for those three compound movements.
Not sure if this was a good bulk or not as I feel my strength gains have been consistently going up while the majority of my muscle gain happened during the first few months but I don't know how that could have happened? Also not sure if I put on as much muscle as I could. Opinions?
