Bulking

So I’m 16 and 5’11”. I started going to the gym little over a month ago and started to bulk aswell. My starting weight was 144 lbs, I am now 162 lbs. My problem is that I don’t really feel like my belly has changed all that much. My belly just looks really bloated. I don’t know if it’s because of water weight, because I drink 3x more water than I used to. Or I don’t know if it’s because of my noob gains.
