I'm starting a new job that goes from 7pm-1am and have two 15 min breaks in between. It's a physical job so I need to keep energy levels up but I can't take caffeine for medical reasons. Do you guys have a good idea of the foods to eat before work starts and during? I'm thinking of having a big meal an hour before work starts and two snacks in between but not sure what food would be best. Any ideas? Thanks.
