Hello guys , I have a problem

So I went with my family to a vacation which lasted about 10 days
And during those 10 days I decided to stop counting calories and take a break from dieting a bit, but ... I overdid it even though 80_90% of what I ate was meat and/or vegetables I still ate a lot more than what I would usually eat
I did workout 3 times during those 10 days .. but I still was wondering what I should do to get back on track
