I'm 6 ft 165 I'm trying to gain some muscle in highschool I wrestled at 170 during the season after season I was 185 that was the most I ever weighed when I first started eating plant based didn't no what I was doing I l had dropped to around 157 slowly over a year but I've learned a lot from it and been gaining weight back lately. What you guys think I will post my workouts later
My current meal plan is around 3000 calories and 130 grams of protein
