I have been making sure to get at least 1g/lb of protien and 0.4g/lb of fat in my diet but I was curious if there is such a thing as eating too much sugar? I have been eating Halo Top and Chilly Cow ice cream as snacks because it is lower calorie, plus has more protein in it than regular ice cream. The only thing is it has sugars and sugar alcohol in it. Is there a certain sugar limit I should not go over in a day, or as long as I get my minimum protien and fat in my calorie limit then should I be fine to eat whatever else?
