Is 2700 is enough for lean bulk?

I am right now bulking at 2700 calories(274 crabs, 94 fat, 180 protein)

Height - 188 cm/6'2
Weight - 82.5Kg/180 lbs

I am a skinny fat person

I train 3 x full-body workouts per week(squat, deadlift, bench press, barbell row, overhead press, Chinups, Dips)
I am a Software engineer so I mostly spend my day sitting but I am going to work by bicycle (10 mins each)

I want to bulk with gain as little fat as possible since I am going to continue bulk for at least 12 months.

Should I try 2700 calories a day, and see after a month if I have gained any weight? or is there any better way for me to find how many calories I need? (Right now I used some kind of calculator I found online)

If you are hungry while bulking, does that mean you are not eating enough?

Thanks!
