How important is meal timing and frequency? Is it important to space them out or as long as I hit my macros and calories does time not matter?
Just started a new job that lasts all morning almost every day, so I workout typically before I start super early. When I get out of work I have a 6-7 hour window before I gotta get to sleep, sometimes I find myself eating almost every hour or so once I’m home until I go to bed as I don’t get a break at work.
